5 sprigs of thyme
cinnamon stick
juice and a peel of two lemons
3 bags of black tea
1.5 liters of water

Pour water into a large bowler, add spices, lemon juice and zest, put on medium heat. After the boil, remove from heat, put tea bags and stevia. Leave for 15 minutes. 500 ml whole milk
4-5 pods of cardamom
3 bags of black tea

1 liter of water
