5 sprigs of thyme

3 bags of black tea
1.5 liters of water

Pour water into a large bowler, add spices, lemon juice and zest, put on medium heat. After the boil, remove from heat, put tea bags and stevia. Leave for 15 minutes. Tea with milk and cardamom


500 ml whole milk
4-5 pods of cardamom
3 bags of black tea

Lightly knead cardamom pods with your hands. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add cardamom and tea and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, pour into cups and offer sugar.

Green tea with ginger


1 liter of water
8 sachets of green tea
a piece of ginger root, peeled and cut into petals
sugar or its substitute at will

Boil water, remove from heat and fill it with tea and ginger. Leave for 3 minutes. Take out the tea, drain the liquid into a jug and leave it to cool first at room temperature, and then in the refrigerator.

Lemon-honey drink


¾ cup warm water
½ lemon
1 tbsp. honey
